The pursuit and extension of the kingdom of God is our first priority, a work larger than any one church! When Christ is at the centre, we walk in relationship with leaders from many different denominations. Together, we are working to see our communities transformed by the power of God.
We value: The Local Church
Although the kingdom of God is bigger than any individual work that we are called to, healthy relationship with other believers who are all working towards the harvest is essential. All Aaron team members are actively aligned with a local body where there gifts are making a regular contribution.
We value: Community Transformation
Our vision is community transformation! We believe that God wants to manifest Himself and His presence in all spheres of life. We champion initiatives that see believers contributing directly to impact their communities with Godly values and principles.
We value: His Mission
We champion leaders and congregations who choose to release the kingdom of God in the community in which they live. We are passionate about living in a manner that engages our everyday worlds and allows the kingdom to enter into its midst. Our responsibility and privilege, as the Body of Christ is to demonstrate and declare (to show and tell) the good news of Jesus Christ. In this manner we participate in His eternal, redemptive purposes.
We value: Empowering Leadership
God has called leaders to empower people to live out the fullness of their calling. We work with leaders to help them grow in their ability to empower others and serve alongside them in empowering their people.
We value: Ephesians Four (E-4) Equipping Graces
Multiple graces have been given to leaders to make their contributions to equipping of God's people. Although the need for leadership is clear, we depend on the team approach, receiving help from God through others whom He has placed in our midst.
We value: The Ongoing Journey toward Wholeness
We are called to maturity, yet this is a lifelong journey of growth, development and a greater wholeness found in Christ. We value the release of God's grace in our midst, giving each of us opportunity to continue our pursuit of wholeness.

True accountability is established through genuine relationships with one another. The success of Aaron Ministries Network depends on and flows from safe, authentic relationships built between leaders. Every Aaron event and program is built on the foundation of growing relationships between leaders.
