Our Unifying Essentials…What We BelieveOur CommitmentsThe Aaron Ministries Network, consisting of team members, network members and network churches, are committed to certain "core essentials".
Essential Equippers - Necessary Graces"And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ..." (Ephesians 4: 11-12).
We recognize that God has given different leaders unique graces for building up of the body of Christ. We recognize and honour one another and the different gifts given to build up the body of Christ. The local church and the broader body of Christ are designed to receive assistance from the variety of gifts to enlarge the work that God desires to do in our midst. We bless the team approach as our different gifts extend God's grace into the regions in which we are called to work. We are committed to the fact that we need others beyond ourselves to effectively lead our ministries into God's intended harvest.
Essential Ministers - God's People
"And He gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ... (Ephesians 4: 11-12).
Essential Doctrines - Unity of the Faith
"...until we all attain to the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature which belongs to the fullness of Christ" (Ephesians 4: 13).
In summary, Aaron Ministries Network is committed to:Unity in the Essentials, Liberty in Non-Essentials, Love in all things.
Essential doctrines
Essential Congregations"... and let us consider how to stimulate one another to love and good deeds, not forsaking our own assembling together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another; and all the more, as you see the day drawing near". Hebrews 10:24-25
All Aaron Ministries board members and E4 team members are in healthy relationship with a local church. Regardless of personal giftedness, no one will be considered part of the team and formally acknowledged as an Aaron Ministries Team member unless they first have proven their faithfulness to God's plan for the local Church.
